Booking & Cancellation Policy

 

We are a professional wellness service offering massage therapy and facials only, provided exclusively by trained therapists. We do not offer pregnancy massage at this time.

 

 

General Cancellation Policy (All Services)

 

  • We kindly request a minimum of 4 hours’ notice for any cancellation or rescheduling.

  • Cancellations made with less than 4 hours’ notice may be subject to a full service charge.

  • Late arrivals:

     

    • A 15-minute grace period will be honored when scheduling allows.

    • After 15 minutes, lost time cannot be recovered and the full service fee still applies.

 

 

In-Home Services – Additional Terms

 

  • Once the therapist has arrived at the location, or if the service is cancelled within 4 hours of the scheduled time, the appointment cannot be cancelled and the full service fee applies.

  • If access to the location is delayed or the service cannot begin on time due to client circumstances, the session may be shortened without a reduction in price.

 

 

Health Disclosure

 

  • Clients are responsible for disclosing any relevant health conditions, injuries, illnesses, or sensitivities prior to treatment.

  • We reserve the right to modify or decline a service if it is not appropriate based on the information provided.

 

 

Deposits & Payment

 

  • At this time, no deposit or advance payment is required to book an appointment.

  • However, during peak times or high-demand periods, we reserve the right to request a deposit to secure a booking. Clients will be informed in advance if this applies.

 

 

Right to Cancel

 

  • We reserve the right to cancel or reschedule an appointment at our discretion due to therapist illness, safety concerns, or unforeseen circumstances. In such cases, we will make every effort to provide notice and alternative options.
